A.R.T. Afrikan Reality Training exhibit is a compilation of one vision board, ten paintings and twenty photographs. The paintings were created over a twenty year span with most of the works fashioned in the last few years. The photography are photos that were captured during a 2023 study tour in Egypt. The exhibit pieces were created alongside Makeda’s study and practice of African-centric theory, Djembe Drum and Dance, as well as ancient Kemetic language and culture.
